At AVID we are passionate about bringing people together and fostering a genuine sense of community. We do this by integrating natural meeting places throughout the masterplan design and offering a range of community development initiatives that will take place regularly throughout the year.

Building genuine connections is at the heart of what we do at AVID. The team creates regular opportunities for residents to meet, share experiences and form lasting friendships through carefully curated events and programs.

Our upcoming community initiatives will extend beyond Forest Reach, designed to strengthen bonds with local clubs and businesses that will contribute to making our neighbourhood vibrant. Through our Sponsorship and Grants program, we will actively invest in local growth while supporting the groups that matter most to residents.
